By using NONOKING ("the site"), available at nonoking.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. What this site is
The site publishes free articles about gaming tips, hidden app and device features, digital-life guides and everyday savings, together with a few browser mini-games. There is no account, no login, and no paid membership.
It is run by an individual — not a government body, a news organisation, or a licensed professional service.
2. Information is general, not advice
Everything here is general information. It is not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional or an official source.
- Prices, plans, features and setup steps change often. We write from public information at the time of writing and correct things when we learn they are wrong, but we cannot guarantee that any page is current, complete, or accurate.
- News briefs are original summaries, not reproductions of articles. They are written from published headlines and always link to the source. They are time-sensitive — check the source.
- Verify anything involving money, health, or a contract with the official source before you act on it.
3. Games and the leaderboard
The mini-games run in your browser, and your progress is saved only in your own browser (localStorage). Clearing browser data, or playing on another device, starts you over.
- Submitting a score is optional. Only if you enter a nickname yourself are the nickname, score and date stored on the server and shown publicly on the leaderboard. Details are in section 2-1 of the Privacy Policy.
- Please do not use a nickname containing the real name or contact details of another person, abuse or hate speech, advertising, or an impersonation of someone else.
- We may remove, without prior notice, nicknames that break these rules and scores produced by abnormal means (automation tools, data tampering, and the like).
- To have your own entry removed, send the nickname and game name via the contact page.
- Leaderboards may be reset when the service requires it. No compensation is offered for a reset.
4. Advertising and affiliate links
The site is free because advertising and affiliate links cover its costs.
- Advertising: the site carries Google AdSense advertising, and the mobile apps may show Google AdMob ads. Advertising cookies are explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not choose the individual ads that appear, and showing an ad is not an endorsement of the product.
- Affiliate links: some articles contain affiliate links (for example Coupang Partners). If you buy through one, the site may earn a small commission. This never changes the price you pay, it is disclosed on the article that carries it, and it does not affect what we write.
5. Copyright
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, games and source code created for this site belong to the operator. Short quotations with a link back to nonoking.com are welcome. Republishing whole pages, bulk copying or scraping for redistribution, and commercial use without prior consent are not permitted.
Photographs used on the site are, unless stated otherwise, free stock photographs licensed for commercial use (such as Pexels), under the licence of each provider. If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and we will act promptly.
6. Things you must not do
- Excessive automated requests, vulnerability probing, or other abnormal access that disrupts the service
- Bulk scraping of the content for redistribution or to build a similar service
- Tampering with game data or leaderboard entries
- Using the site to infringe the rights of others or to break the law
7. Changes to and withdrawal of the service
We may improve or change the site, and may suspend part or all of it for technical or operational reasons. Except where the law requires otherwise, no compensation is offered for changes to, or withdrawal of, a service provided free of charge.
8. External sites
We link to sites we do not control. Their content, availability and handling of personal data are their own responsibility, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
9. Disclaimer
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on the information published here. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
The site is operated from the Republic of Korea. These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you use the site as a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the law or the service changes. When they are, the new effective date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
